ATM & Visa Checkcards

To report your ATM Card or Visa Checkcard Lost or Stolen, please contact your local branch office during office hours. After regular office hours, please call (800) 528-2273 and remain on the line to speak with a customer service representative.

To activate your Visa Checkcard, please call 1800-528-2273.

NOTE: If you call the toll free number, you will then need to also call your local branch during office hours to see about getting a replacement card. You are required to sign the reissue form. (You can see a branch's business hours by placing your mouse pointer over the word "Branches" in the menu bar near the top of this page, then clicking on the branch's name in the dropdown menu.)

Did you forget your password?

  • Please call the e-Banking Coordinator directly at (352) 264-7132. E-mail requests to reset a password will not be honored, due to the insecure nature of most e-mail systems.

Facts about your Password.

  • Your password consists of 6 to 20 characters.
  • It can be alpha and/or numeric, and is case sensitive. (This means if you use capital letters in your new password, that you must continue to type them as capital letters each time you use your password- until you change your password again.)
  • You will be required to change your password every 90 days.
  • If you enter the incorrect password five times in a row, the system will lock you out. Your account will remain locked until you call the e-Banking Coordinator.
  • You are able to reuse an old password every second time the system asks you to change it.

CheckFree® WebPay Service (online bill payment)

If you forget your CheckFree® WebPay ID and/or password:

  • Please call the toll free customer service support line at 1-877-238-7275. This is also the number to call with research inquires about CheckFree® WebPayment transactions.
