M&S Senior Management Team

Tom Mallini is the President and CEO of M&S Bank. He is a career banker having begun his career with the C&S National Bank in Georgia in 1973. In 1985 he moved to Gainesville and joined M&S Bank as CEO. Since that time he has been very active in the Gainesville Community as well as the banking industry statewide. Tom has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Independent Bankers Bank of Florida and has held numerous leadership positions with the Florida Bankers Association. Tom is a Trustee of Santa Fe College and a Director of the following organizations: Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce, Santa Fe College Endowment Corporation. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Public Health Professions of the University of Florida, Oak Hammock Retirement Community at UF, Haven Hospice Finance Chair and a member of the Rotary Club of Gainesville. Teresa Kelly began her employment with M&S Bank in 1994. Prior to coming to M&S Bank Teresa was a Bank Examiner for the FDIC. Teresa presently holds the position of Evecutive Vice President and Cashier with M&S Bank. In 1991 Teresa graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Finance. In addition she is a 2002 graduate of the School of Banking at LSU. Teresa actively participates in many civic and community organizations, including Builders Association of North Central Florida. James R. "Jim" Stewart began his employment with M&S Bank in 1995 and serves as its Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer. Jim received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1969 at which time he began his banking career in Athens, Georgia. Jim has been serving the Gainesville community as a Commercial Banker since 1976. Jim's community interests include serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Girls Place Foundation and Treasurer of the Scramble for Kids. Jim has also been active in the Builders Association of N Central Florida, Gainesville Chamber of Commerce, United Way and Gainesville Quarterback Club. Jerald F. "Frank" Graddy received his BS degree in Finance from Florida State University in 1981 and began his career in banking while in High School. Frank began his employment with M&S Bank in May 2002 as Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator. Frank has varied community interests and serves as a member of the University City Kiwanis Club, Leadership Gainesville Graduate, and past President of the Girls Club of Alachua County. Frank enjoys outdoor sports, reading and spending time with his wife and their children. Phillip Schuck joined M&S Bank in 2006, and currently serves as Marion County President.  Phil received a BS in Finance from Florida State University .  He has lived and worked in this area for over 25 years.  He is an active member of Ocala Metropolitan Rotary, Emerging Leaders of Ocala, Leadership Ocala/Marion, Ocala/Marion Chamber of Commerce, Andrew J. Semesco Foundation and the United Way  When he is not working, Phil enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
